DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I followed an All Rite tow truck between Sherwood and Newberg, a distance of about 11 mi. I first notice this truck because they had a vintage sportscar, possibly a porsche, on the flatbed and they were tailgaiting, cutting in and out of traffic, speeding to the point the sportscar was jiggling around on the flatbed!!! This was a stretch of road, 2 lanes each way, fairly full of traffic. If this driver had rearend the car he was tailgaiting (not more than 5 feet from the cars bumper!) he would have taken out at least 5 or 6 cars around him. The speed limit in this area begins at 45, goes up to 55 and then down to 45, then 35 as you enter Newberg. This driver never went below 65 miles an hr. even when coming down into Newberg where there is heavy traffic. When I was able to see the company name on the side of the truck, I called. I got possibly the office but I suspect it was the driver himself. I politely told the details of why I was calling....and he was immediately extremely belligerant!!! I told him that I could call the police instead and replied ""CALL ANYONE YOU WANT, IDIOT!"" This is a dangerous driving practice that All Rite clearly does not care about. If you look for reviews for them online, you will be unable to find ONE positive review. Use All Rite at your own risk! more

I THINK VIPER69 MUST BE THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY, AFTER WHAT I SAW THE OTHER MORNING, I CANNOT IMAGINE ANYONE HAVING A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. The driver, probably owner of this company shorted out on a LADY who he claimed cut him off in traffic. He got out of his truck in traffic and was totally out of control, standing in front of her car, screaming obsenities such as 'you stupid wh*re, dumb stupid b*tch', then kicked & hit at her car when she tried to proceed. He then followed her like some kind of crazy maniac. THIS GUY WAS SO OUT OF CONTROL I COULD HARDLY BELIEVE WHAT I WAS WATCHING. I have also seen in other reviews he was demeaning to a hispanic family & knocked over a little boy.......I BELIEVE IT, I CAN SEE THIS GUY DOING SOMETHING LIKE THAT. I have worked in the auto biz a long time & have dealt with real tow truck drivers but have never seen anything like this. I get cut-off by other drivers all the time, its life, I'm not happy about it but come-on!! THIS MAN HAS NO RESPECT. HOPE THIS GUY ENDS UP IN JAIL WHERE HE BELONGS. more

We called these guy's out in tne snow and ice back in Jan. They came out with more than enogh gear to us out and was really quick about it too! They have some nice equipment and the tow guy was really professional. He really knew his stuff about winchouts.When it was all said and done, we paid our bill which was what I though more than fair for getting up out of bed at 2am and coming out to us in the ice cold weather. These guy's are the right ones to use. I don't know if they will remember me but I know I will remember them! I put their phone number in my phone for next time! Thanks Allrite! You guy's were awesome! more

My boyfriend and I had our car towed from the NE Kelly DHS location after ten minutes of being in a posted ""no parking"" zone. We called the number on the sign ""AlLrite Towing"" and found it was going to be $300.25 IN CASH to get it out, on top of $25 to even get the money from the car. We ended up having to call my boyfriends father to bring more money. During the wait we waited inside with the gate worker. A hispanic woman and her 17 y/o daughter and 3 ish y/o son came in. Their car was towed from the same place. They went to pay their $300.25 and he accepted her debit card (after telling us we had to pay in cash) and accidentally rang it up as $3000.25 and it cleared. He then had to call the owner (who is also is the tow truck driver) to fix it. He came in aggitated. After refunding her he then tried to re run it at $300 but it wouldn't clear because the bank was holding her money. She was very reasonable in asking how to fix this. It was 4:30 pm on a friday and this place closed at 5 pm and she didn't have time to go to the bank. He (the owner) then snapped. He began to use profanity and racial slurs. The little boy was leaning back against the door and the owner threw open the door causing the little boy to fallback. That's when I stood up. He proceeded to kick the hispanic family out of the door. As he was screaming at them I went outside to try to defuse the situation. He then told me I had to leave because it wasn't my business. As soon as he said that my boyfriends father arrived. He got out of the car and calmly asked him why it was $300 considering the new laws the city of Gresham passed on towing. The owner then started yelling at my boyfriends father! He called him a few profane words and started shoving him while calling him every name in the book. I then attempted to calm everyone down again and the owner began to get in my face while calling me names like ""c*nt wh*re"". As I began to leave I was getting into my boyfriends car. While half my body was in the car the owner grabbed the passanger door and shoved it shut on me. There is at least 3 videos and 6 witnesses to all of this. We called the police but how they handled that is a whole separate grievance. The owner is now being sued and fined through the PPI more

Reason for the headline is GOOD trucks BAD service and UGLY prices. I went to apply for a job a while back and the person I talked to was Vinnie. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was a VERY messy work atomsphere. I asked him if he was hiring and he pointed to the wall and said there. (it was the apps.) I asked him when I could expect to hear back from him and he said whenever. I later found out that this Vinnie is the OWNER...If the owner is like that it makes you wonder how the drivers are he hires. Needless to say I dont work for him because I didnt need more junk in my life. I have found out that when it comes to getting tows done it is better to call smaller tow companies. I now work for a small family owned and family oriented company in the Gresham area..to be fair I wont mention the name of the company.....So be sure to call around before getting towed....brand new trucks arent everything.
