One of the positive things I can say about this daycare is that it's a Christian establishment. The place didn't look as clean as I think a daycare should be for safety reasons for one. The staff seemed nice ,but honestly I wouldn't reccommend them to anyone.

The staff at Children Under Construction have become my extended family over the last three years. My two sons have become a part of the staff's family as well. Both are treated with respect and are given so much one-on-one attention that I have no doubt I made the right selection when choosing a place to help me raise my children. I would recommend this day care to anyone who wanted to have the security that their children were going to be loved and nurtured. Pros: Staff, Extra Activites, Education, Bible Study, Music, Crafts

If you love your child you will not allow him/her to attend this horrible excuse for a Christian daycare. Whoever gave this place a positive rating is obviously a current employee under fear of job loss! The food is horrible and if your child doesn?t like what he/she is fed they go without anything unless crackers and water is what you describe as nourishment. The classrooms are dangerously overfilled, and when social workers visit to ensure government standards are being upheld, classrooms with too many students have to ?hide? their children in other classrooms to meet the law. To award this establishment with even one star is being too kind.

WOW!! THE COMMENT ABOVE SOUNDS LIKE SOMEONE GOT FIRED. I THINK THIS SCHOOL IS WONDERFUL!!! I have a set of twins and a 10 month old baby. I have a high class job so money is not an issue!! To me a day care that has been around for a long time says something about the owners. They have put thier heart and passion into a really wonderful child care! My children have learned so much and the teachers and staff are wonderful. Food is well balanced! When I pick up the children they are clean and happy. My 10 month old baby who has been going to cuc since she was 4 weeks old loves it!! They take good care of my babies and I feel that they are safe and thats all a mother of three could ask for!! MY SET OF TWINS ARE 4 AND HAVE BEEN GOING TO CUC SINCE THEY WHERE 1 I STRONGLY RECOMMEND CUC!!

I worked at CUC for a year and only have bad memories. The carpet hasn't been cleaned in forever, all the furniture is old and falling apart, the swing sets on the playground have wasps nests inside them, the lunch menu is the same EVERY week (chili and rice Mondays, chicken nuggets Tuesdays....) the owners didn't supply me hardly anything that I needed to teach my class or keep my room looking nice ( had to buy my own markers, decorations, ect..) The owners cut corners whenever possible, made empty promises (told us they were getting all tile floors in every room, took up donations, and never did it.) and payed their employees hardly anything. The only good things about the center is that it is touching Stone Elementary and those kids just walk to daycare, and they have the cheapest rates in town. Other than that... ug.
