The O. Henry Hotel is amazing! Though on the expensive side, this is arguably the nicest hotel in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem area. The rooms are beautiful, and the lobby and meeting areas are gorgeous. What sets this place apart, however, is not just the beauty of the environment, but the level of service. While you are there, the staff will meet every need and request. There is also a wonderful restaurant on the property. A great place for a romantic weekend get-away.

O’Henry’s is a very fine establishment. We only went for a bridesmaid’s tea, but were extremely impressed with everything. They serve in a large room with high ceilings, piano music in the background, and with couches surrounding a large center-table (coffee-table if you will), or tables for the smaller parties or 2-4. Ours was a party of 6 so the couch set up suited us great. The lady serving us was so hospitable and kind. The tea was incredible; we got to try 3 kinds. The sandwiches and tea foods were wonderful. I’d go again and again. Reasonable price, too.

The O Henry Hotel is locally owned and gives you the impression you are the personal guests of the owner. It is elegant without being stuffy. Everything about it is just lovely from the foyer to the landscaping. The guest rooms are large and comfortable with over sized chairs and large windows the really do open. The staff is helpful and friendly with plenty of southern charm. There is lots of attention to detail so just looking at the pictures in the halls is entertaining. It would be the perfect place to go for romantic weekend or just the place to impress visiting clients or relatives. Better yet, let the relatives have your bed and take yourself to the O Henry. The Ohenry hotel is the nicest hotel that I have ever personally stayed in. My husband surprised me my last birthday and picked me up in a limo. On the seat was a diamond necklace and he took me to Ruth's Chris for dinner. After dinner, we went to the Ohenry and they said hello to us by name. In the room was champagne and two flutes, alongside of a box of complimentary Godiva chocolate and a cheese and fruit tray. On the bed in the other room was a robe laid out with a bottle of Bath and Body works bubble bath. The tub had a waterfall and the fixtures were amazing. The room had a gas fireplace and I felt like a Princess. My hubby really scored with that birthday!
