We love Carolina Coffee and Tea!

This is my favorite coffee shop in Greensboro. Forget that S-place - the coffee drinks here are 100000 times better. The coffee is served HOT, not warm, and the staff is super friendly and takes time to get to know the customers. The patio out back is a great place to sit and relax. Plus the shop has some absolutely adorable gifts and shopping items inside - unique and reasonably priced.

great garden terrace to sit on while sipping coffee
Rating:
Carolina Coffee and Tea has a nice variety of beverages to choose from. On a nice spring day, I love to take my drink outside and sit under the trees, listening to the birds chirp above me. If you have kids, they will enjoy roaming in the small courtyard, finding nature's treasures while you relax and enjoy your coffee. It is a great place to meet friends, and if you have time, stroll State Street.

quaint and quiet
Rating:
Hidden on the corner of State St., is the perfect little coffee shop. You can find coffee (of course), hot chocolate, teas of all sorts, and other gourmet drinks. They also carry unique coffee and tea items for the coffe/ tea lovers on your gift list. Spend a quiet time in the small restaurant or take your drink to the hidden, secluded tables outside. Bring a book, or newspaper, and escape for a little while.
