The pharmacists here are extremely helpful, professional and pleasant. I started coming here after some not-so-great experiences with some of the larger chains. I was happy that I did so. All of the pharmacists are super knowledgeable and do their jobs in an extremely efficient, accurate manner. There is an employee who answers the phones on occasion, etc. She seems to be rather moody so try not to take it personally. That being said, 90% of the girls who work the window/phones are extremely kind and professional. It's that one bad apple... thing! Still, this place is great and wouldn't fault them for her. Oh,and they're also a compounding pharmacy---bonus!

As if having the lowest pricesi in town were not enough - - this small family owned pharmacy survives and thrives in a world of big chain stores by providing caring, personalized service. I have a dozen pharmacies within minutes of my home, but I gladly make an hour and a half round trip to buy my meds there.

Norvill and team are the best! They work with every insurance, they also work with you when you don't have insurance!!! They care about their customers, and it shows in every aspect of their business. I don't go anywhere else. I even moved out of Grapevine, and still drive back over to do business with them.

They are the BEST Pharmacy in Texas!!! They are the nicest people in all of Texas and beyond! They are there for you, and take the time if you have a problem. They know how to take care of thier customers. Been a customer for 15 years. They got a drive-thru now, too! Personal Home-Town service. AAAAA++++ Dirk Pros: Drive Thru is Wonderful! Cons: Don't open 'till 9:00 AM, so sometime can't get my meds before work.
