This place is fabulous! I moved here a year ago and stumbled upon it by accident and I will never go anywhere else in the D/FW area for salon or spa needs! The staff is very friendly and talented. They are also very attentive to your needs. They do what YOU want, not what they want. A little bonus - sometimes while getting your hair washed, a complimentary hand massage is given! There's nothing better than someone wahing your hair & massaging your hands - very relaxing! Food and drinks are available. The prices are competitive - it's worth every penny.

I stayed at the Gaylord for a four day convention. I have to say just driving up to the property was amazing. The landscaping and attention to detail was something like you would see at Sea World or Disney. The entrance, lobby, resturants, courtyard... all were amazing. They really put a lot of time and money into this place and it really shows. Check in was very easy. I was given a key card to a room that someone was in already. The staff was very empathetic and very quick to upgrade me to a suite.
The Staff must have had some customer service training as a requirement because they were all so helpful and nice. I went to the sports bar (fantastic by the way with all the tv screens) one night and was ordering drinks at the bar with some friends and we went back the next night and the bar tender must have remembered my name off of my tab and immediately greeted me "Welcome back Mr. Smith"
Everything from the Glass Cactus, to the cigar bar with an on hand cigar specialist, this was the best place I have ever stayed at.
Try the spa you will not be dissapointed :)
I want to go back with my family..... Thanks to all the staff of the Gaylord for making a great experience..

I brought a group of girl friends here for my birthday!! We could not have a more accommodating and enchanting day. I had my hair colored by Tina and then cut by a girl with blonde hair and have now found my salon for ever.... Spa service were wonderful as well.

You can walk in or set an appointment. They also carry the newest products on the market. I like the ability to walk in because I am very spur of the moment and I have a hard time making appointments anywhere to this helps me. I can stop in when I am shopping.

This is a cute little salon that I have been very happy with. My cuts have always turned out well and the colors have really been awesome! I haven't had appointments in the past, but walked in and had a couple of people work on me. I didn't have to wait for more than 30 min. They have good prices as well.

I love this salon! The stylists are very good, friendly, and always make each person feel at home. Their atmosphere is warm and cozy. There is a ton of laughter everywhere. If you have kids, they have a super Kid's Kastle for them to play in while you get your hair done. Don't let all the friendliness and fun fool you, these gals really know their craft! The prices are reasonable, and the results are fantastic. I've gone to many salons that were supposed to be "elite", but this place smokes them in quality and price. If you're not going there, you're missing out.
