I know Starbucks, and this particular location has the worst customer service of them all. There are usually people right outside smoking also, and that smell is awful to walk through to get in the door. They keep their doors open when the weather is nice, and then the smoke smell permeates the whole store. Yuk. Try any of the Southlake Starbucks and you'll be happy.

I know Starbucks, and this particular location has the worst customer service of them all. There are usually people right outside smoking also, and that smell is awful to walk through to get in the door. They keep their doors open when the weather is nice, and then the smoke smell permeates the whole store. Yuk. Try any of the Southlake Starbucks and you'll be happy.
