I take my car in and it is like I am going into another world. Can this be an auto service department? No sloppily dressed service supervisor? No one ready to tell me it must be my fault? No oil on my shoes? And my car gets fixed the first time? Can this be reality? No it is Sewell of Grapevine. These guys are great! I am going to give them my business forever even if I would move out of state.

The service is good and the staff is friendly. If they do not get a problem fixed the first time or hav e trouble getting it fixed they will keep tring to get it fixed. The staff is reliable and have a pick up service and drop off while your car is in the shop.

When the overflow hose on my car's radiator developed a hole they came out to the parking lot, looked at my car, then found the replacement part. Before figuring out why my car was overheating, a lot of water was added, and they explained that the antifreeze to water balance was critical for this kind of car engine. They were very friendly and helpful and took the time to explain why the car should have the radiator flushed and the antifreeze balance restored with a specific kind of antifreeze, and as soon as possible. When asked they recommended a local repair shop, also.
PROS: Great information and service.

For some reason i have just never liked this autoparts store. They just do not have a lot to offer and it is sort of annoying. I would rather go to auto zone or some where else. I have noticed that usually the people here are also very rude. So not only is the store a little bit over priced but they are just not hiring the right people.

Several years ago when my vehicle needed an oil change, I'd head over to Mustang Elite to get not only my car's oil changed, but also a full-service wash on several occasions. During all my visits, I only had one problem when a car attenna was broken and the owner paid for a replacement.
I've turned into a do-it-yourselfer since then. But if you're strapped for time or you just don't like to wash your vehicle, Mustang Elite does as good a job as any car wash of washing your vehicle.
