I had been diong business with this company for over a decade. The last time I was there I was told the person I was expecting was no longer there. I had a canister vacuum that needed the cord replaced. The man who said he was the OWNER said it could not be done. When I told him I had the cord replaced before at this store he said, and it did not last did it? I had to tell him the repair was 8 years ago and if my wifes new puppy had not chewed on it, it would still be fine. He had no response. I did find the previous mgr. of the store thanks to the ladies at 7/11 across the street. He now works at Evans vac of Arlington, guess who fixed my machine.

My sister went there and put a vacuum on layaway. When she decided she could not afford the vacuum, she cancelled the layaway figuring she could get a portion of the money back and they would keep the layaway fee. N0, they kept 100% of her money. They have no contract but told her the contract is on your receipt. You would do much better to buy a vacuum at Walmart- at least you can take them back.
