I would go back here again in a heart beat! My 2.5 year old loved it! She would have been here all day. We were there when it was quite busy with school field trips, but we still had a good time. I have been told they change their theme yearly. There are two floors with about a half dozen small exhibits on each one.

This is a great museum if you want to learn a lot about the history of the presidents and other interesting facts. It's a great place for teachers to take their students on field trips. Highly recommend checking it out at least one time. It is a inexpensive way to learn about those that are in control of your country.

When you walk in , you are greeted by a giant skeleton (and I mean GIANT) of a whale hanging from the two or three story high ceiling. There are vintage automobiles, ancient artifacts and the list goes on. Your mind can just keep wandering right along with you. There are a lot of little displays throughout and you constantly have something to look at and learn about. The museum also houses laser light shows in their planetarium and carousel rides on their REAL carousel (it was restored and is truly amazing to see!) Definitely a place both parents and children will enjoy. They always have fun travelling shows going on as well. (Great gift shop too!)

This is the place to go for laser light shows. This place will have all the pink floyd heads crawling out of the 70's. Is there anybody out there? This place ahas comfotable seats for you to loungs back and enjoy the show. I beleive they do other shows also and educational ones. The prices are a bit high but a pink floyd show is definately worth it.
What a great place to take your old high school buddies!!

I really have no clue why anyone would disapprove of Alger Schwinn. First of all, the employees are extremely friendly, extremely skilled, and extremely helpful. Their knowledge of bikes doesn't even compare to mine. They have a very big selection of bikes and parts, and very good deals. I recommend this shop even if it's more farther away than 'the other bike shop'. I will continue to buy from them for life!!!! Thank you Alger Schwinn!! I'm working on a Schwinn Stingray, I have to get some apes and a banana seat, you all know where I'm going to get it now!!
Pros: EVERYTHING!!!

I don't bowl very often, but when I do, I take the family to Spectrum Lanes. This bowling alley is different from many others in the area in that it is clean, and kid-friendly. They have many hours of open bowling and also ramps and bumpers available for the kids. There is a restaurant attached to the alley, so all of our snacking/drinking needs are met as well. I would highly recomment this alley to those who have children.

I walked in here looking for a hard-to-fin card game. They did NOT have it but they offered to call another store that they are partnered with on East Paris Ave. The employees were enthusiastic and excited about the products. The atmosphere was lively and there were a LOT of toys to choose from.
There was also the neatest thing I have seen in a while in this store. They had big buckets lined up on the shelves with children's names and their birthdays on them. It is a birthday registry, similiar to a bridal registry! Kids pick out their toys, stick them in the buckets, and then their friends pick a toy out to buy for them. How easy.

I have been to Play it Again many times, they are helpful if you have what they want but that isn't much. I brought shoes and shoulder pads there and was told they couldn't take them or had too many already in stock. I think a lot of people resell there. However, if you are looking for used equipment it is a good place to start, the prices are cheaper of course and the selection is pretty good, if you catch it early enough in the season.

This is a great gym if you are looking for a nice place to work out. It has state of the art equipment that you can use. They also have some aerobics classes that you can take. Highly recommended. Staff is great to work with. One of the cleanest gyms in town. A little on the expensive side, but well worth it.

My son's school recently had a skating party at Kentwood Fun Spot. The party was a huge success and run very professionally! I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rink as well as the friendliness of the employees while dealing with a large number of school-age children. There was a snack area where children could purchase treats for a reasonable price. When it was time to go, each child received a coupon good for a free skate at another time. I would highly recommend having a school function or even a birthday party at Kentwood Fun Spot!
