I saw Dr. Wang for acupuncture (the only acupuncture practicing Dr. at the clinic) and was so impressed. Having never had it done before, I was a bit skeptical and fearful. He took the time to explain how it works, and showed me charts of the body and told me where he was going to place the needles. There are so many things that acupuncture can help with. I'm a believer now! The clinic also supports holistic and natural healing approaches. There are many more services that they offer that I have not done. I do though, recommend the acupuncture.

This eye doctor is great to work with, but his prices for eyeglasses and contacts are a little higher than most of the chain stores. I would recommend checking out some of the chain stores if you want to save some money. Also he only has 2 locations and they are not that convient. One is is Newaygo, the other one is off of 54th st.

The doctors here are really friendly and overall concerned about misalignment symptoms and pains. They take the first few visits to help patients understand what it is they are trying to do and how the body is supposed to work. They are very personable and pretty much know everyone's name after a few visits. I'm very happy with this practice.

A couple of years ago, I would have given this physician a top rating based on professionalism, knowledge, ability to listen, reputation in the medical community, personal recommendations, and the fact that year after she made it into the Top Doctors listings (a national list based on the opinions of other physicians). This past year, however, she fell off the list. Couple that with a new office policy (all the doctors in the office follow it) of charging patients $5 for a written prescription if not obtained while in her office for an annual physical and a hesitancy with assisting me in my application for needed disability benefits, I would have to knock her rating down a few pegs. If you don't mind being charged for your needed prescriptions and don't expect help with disability issues, I'd say she is a good choice. For me, though, a patient of hers for more than 15 years, I think I will start shopping around for a different doc.
Pros: Knowledge, good reputation.
Cons: Office policies that are not patient-centered. Parking in Blodgett ramp is a pain.

I go to the Wege Family Pharmacy because it is so close to my house, but it's a really great place, too. The employees are always very friendly and quick to help the next customer. I usually just call in my prescriptions and they are right there the next day. When I have to drop one off and wait, it never takes very long at all. Quite convenient!

I have only visited Village Pharmacy once and probably wont return. That makes me feel a little bad because I would much rather support a little business rather than a large corporation such as Rite-Aid or Walgreens, but the prices there were higher than at others and they didnt have any items on sale. The selection was very limited, but if you were looking for a gift or souvenir at all, you would probably be able to find a nice one here.

Kentwood Pharmacy is a Godsend for many of the senior citizens that I work with. Many of the residents at the housing complex that I work at get their prescriptions from Kentwood Pharmacy. Kentwood deliveries prescriptions right to their door on a daily basis which really helps those that are not mobile enough to get out and pick up their prescriptions. This is the best delivery pharmacy in town!
