My neighbor has a daughter that has started at Bounceland and is entering Preschool, as my son gets to be that age I am also going to sign him up. The instructors are great with children and teens. They offer Preschool Gymnastics, Trampoline Teams, Field Trips, Tumbling Classes as well as Open Gym days to try out the materials. If you have energetic and high strung little ones this is certainly the place to tire them out!

The instructors and staff made me feel welcome from the first day. I am now in love hot yoga and always feel comfortable in the pleasant atmosphere. Every 90 minute class is worth the investment. The knowledgable instructors make me feel confident that I will stay free from injuries. BTW don't make the mistake of thinking that this yoga is not a "real workout". This studio also offers "regular" yoga and pilates, but I have not attended these classes.

I was on vacation in Grand Rapids and a family member recommended that I go to this school to get a pedicure. I was really pleased with the work that the students did and the price was out of this world. I would call ahead for an appt and wear flip flops. Also, they do not have real tubs and just use foot spas so be prepared. Well worth it for the price.

Creagious Kids has a wonderful, loving staff to help take care of your kids while you work. The owners have a great deal of experience running a daycare and that makes it a lot easier for the parents. They have several computers, so the kids are getting some technology training while they're there, which is so important in today's world. If you need child care and the location is good for you, it would definitely be worth your while to check into Creagious Kids.

Easely Art is a awesome place to bring your kids and let them be creative. The nice thing is you don't have to clean up the mess! It is well worth the small fee for an hour worth of fun for your child. They also do Birthday parties and workshops. I have purchased gift cards this past week for my nieces and nephews for their Birthdays coming up.

Excel is the flagship of the National Heritage Academy system. Dr. Knoester, the principal, is a wonderful man who deeply cares about the concerns of parents and the temperaments of the children.
Parents are encouraged to help out in many different ways ~ from recess helpers to lunch companions to choir assistants.
Moral focus is an important aspect at the school. Each month highlights a new character trait the children such as wisdom, perseverance, gratitude, etc.

Sweaty yoga makes you feel great. All of the instructors (with the exception of one who talks too much and doesn't keep the room hot enough) are fabulous. They help "newbies" through the moves and encourage the more advanced to test their limits. It's hot, it's sweaty, it's fun and you feel good. If you've got a sore back and need to stretch-do it the Bikram way-you won't be sorry.

This is THE place to go for prenatal and postpartum yoga. 5 weeks or 10 months on either side of giving birth, these classes will give you energy, courage and a strong body in a supportive and inviting atmostphere. Join other moms (and some daddies) and do some stretching and breathing work to sooth sore muscles, relieve achy backs and relax tired minds.

I joined this place a few years ago after they showed me an animated rendering of what the gym was going to look like after it got a thorough renovation. what i actually joined is a neverending construction zone. the gym is under perpetual renovation that never seems to come to an end. they have been going bit by bit with weeks/months between each bit. the result is that much of the gym still looks old and tired and there are constant construction-related inconveniences to the members.
