Cascade Immediate Care has been a great asset to my family. It seems when problems arise, they arise on weekends when our doctors' offices are closed. The staff at Immediate Care are welcoming and considerate. The wait is not too long. The only complaint I would have is that as a woman (with a family history of heart problems) I feel they may not have taken my chest pains as seriously as if I had been a man walking through the door; but let me stress, I still think they took appropriate action. I was immediately placed in a room and my blood pressure and temperature were taken. They hooked me with electrodes to do a test, but then I was left for awhile in the room to wait for the doctor. It was a little frightening to be by myself with the door nearly shut all the way, since i didn't know what was going on with my heart. Fortunately it was nothing to worry about. Other than that complaint, I think Cascade Immediate Care is a great place to go when our own doctors are unavailable and the emergency room seems inappropriate.

Despite living what could be universally considered an unhealthy lifestyle, I almost never get sick or injure myself. I guess I’m just lucky that way. I haven’t had a main physician since I was a child. Accidents will happen and problems will come up and that’s why I feel lucky to be near the Cascade Immediate Care Center. I have used their services twice: Once to get a tetanus shot and once to get a prescription for allergy medication. Both times, I found the office to be very clean and the wait to see a doctor short. For most problems, I’ve found the Immediate Care Center to be a great alternative to heading to the hospital emergency rooms downtown or taking the time to try and find and book an appointment with a general practitioner.
