This party store is a neighborhood store, so you would expect the employees to be friendly since they know that many of the same customers will return since it is in their neighborhood. That is not the case here. I wasn't greeted when I entered and the man ringing up my purchase barely muttered a thank-you after my sale. I suppose it would have helped had he not been on the phone the entire time I was in the store!

I go to the Subway located in Woodland Mall quite often. Most of the time, I am met with grumpy employees who look like they would be doing anything but working. I always feel like I am wasting their time while ordering and that I am a big hassle. They also refulsed to accept a coupon from the local paper. The problem is that the manage is no better. There are no standards for customer service to be held accountable to. Unfortunately, I love Subway and this is the one that is closest to me, so I will be going back.
