Good: My credit was in the dumps do to a divorce and they treated me like a person verses the other dealerships I done business with before looking at me like "Are you serious, what are you expecting us to do?" The service was great even though my credit wasn't.. Bad: not too much to say here. The only things I didn't like were the obstacles I had created for myself. For instance, I put $1000 down-But I got a 12 month warranty. My Payments were $290 a month a little higher than I had planned-But I can lower it as I pay on time and i have the option to trade out early, with no penalties.. Improvements: Can't think of any. They even told me once my credit gets better they would be willing to go out and buy the car that I want and erase the balance of my car if I still owe more on the car than what it is worth.. Other: Just want to say thank you to Ann Street for being there for me when I needed them. I went to the other "Guaranteed" finance places but that's another story (a horror story). it's good to know that good people are out there..

I have been getting my oil changes and tune ups at Firestone for the past three years. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and the waiting room is quiet and clean. Look for the mailer coupons in Monday mail, then head up to Firestone to check them out. Be sure to make an appointment or you may find yourself waiting a while.
PROS: Friendly atmosphere

Had a great experience at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Doge. My salesperson was Chris in used cars. He was personable and he led me to the vehicle that was right for me. The Manager, Duane and the Finance Manager , Paul helped to make sure I was happy as well.
Recommend this dealership!!

I was livid when my transmission blew up one day. Seeing as how I know next to nothing about cars, I took it to Grand Rapids Transmission. I looked at their website before I brought my car there and I'm so glad that I made the right decision. I was more comfortable giving my business to a place that specializes in transmission repairs and rebuilds. They offered towing to and from the shop, and their rates were very good too.

Back in September my car started to have some problems. I have had my Saturn since 1998. I could not get into my car and called and they helped me out! Then when I actually got into my car - the service engine soon light was on. So into Saturn I went.Wonderful service people to help you out. They are honest about what can wait to be done and what really should be done. They don't pressure you into getting things you don't need.When I go to buy a new car - I will be getting another Saturn. Just because the service has been better than any place else I have ever gone!

This is an excellent Auto repair garage for all your automotive needs...Mason street was recomended to me by quite a few people, and I now recommend them. Thier work is HIGH quality, you do however pay a little extra for the good service and the confidence that the repair is done accuratly. Only down fall is because they have a great reputation they are always busy...you may not be able to get your vehicle in for an immediate repair, but they do try to accomodate emergency needs as much as possible.
