They are extremely helpful and honest. Being a girl it's easy to feel taken advantage of when getting car repairs. The guys at Parker Brakes have always been honest about what i need and what can wait. I highly recommend them.

I have been getting my oil changes and tune ups at Firestone for the past three years. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and the waiting room is quiet and clean. Look for the mailer coupons in Monday mail, then head up to Firestone to check them out. Be sure to make an appointment or you may find yourself waiting a while.
PROS: Friendly atmosphere
CONS: walk-ins will wait

I cannot give enough praise to this automotive service center. It is easy to get an appointment, the employees are friendly and knowlegable, and they mail out a monthly newsletter with deals and coupons. I also always receive a follow-up phone call to see how my vehicle is running and to thank me for my business.

This place does a variety of things for your car. They do repairs on brakes, they also do regular automobile repair. The mechanics are great, and they get you in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Their prices are pretty comparable to other shops that offer the same work.

we have used Baker auto parts since we have owned our first car. We have been extremely lucky with finding used parts like fenders, headlights etc. That needs to be replaced but the car really isn't worth buying a new part from a dealership. They have great customer service and very friendly.

what would you think if you went into the auto parts store and the offered to fix your car free? That is what happened to my boyfriend the other day. he had some trouble with his O2 sensor on his car and they said they could run a diagnostic on it for free as long as the check oil light came on. This is great usually auto shops charge you $50 just to run a test. Check into this next time you need something checked on your car.

They advertise a special price on a vehicle but when you get there it was always just sold. Then they try to get you into a similar vehicle at a much higher price. I had a horrid experience and wasted a day on them.

Cons: Try to use bait and switch technique.
