We had just left the hot springs and were looking for a place to grab dinner. We found Mojitos, a funky looking Cuban restaurant right on Grand Ave (next to the hostel). Feeling adventurous, we walked in. The restaurant had just opened for business. The waiters were extremely attentive to our orders, the chef himself came out to see whether we were happy with the meal. And the food? Wonderful! We were blown away by the flavors and the richness of the meal. Everyone in our group was thrilled with their choice, from appetizers to entrées to desserts. I had the Churrasco and highly recommend it. Next time we're passing through Glenwood Springs, we won't need an excuse to visit Mojitos.
