I got tires from Big-O so I would go in often for the free rotation and balance. I also had the Road Hazard Warranty on my tires.
As far as the quality of the tires go I was very satisfied. Anytime I went in for the free rotations a good job was always done and I have zero complaints about that. The one time I had to use the road hazard warranty they patched my tire for free with no complaints.
My complaint with them is that everytime I would bring my car in for a rotation and balance, they would come out at the end with a list of things "wrong" with my car and an estimate to fix them. They would never pressure me to get this done immediately, but almost always provided a list. Anytime I got a list I would go elsewhere to get another estimate and I discovered two things.
1) About 30% of the time what they stated was wrong was not a problem..
2) The rest of the time estimates I got from my regular mechanic to fix it were about 50% less.
Each Big-O location is different as far as I understand as I did not have this issue with other area Big-Os (farther away) but this did always rub me the wrong way about this one.
Pros: Good tires and tire related service
Cons: Expensive and sometimes unessecary mechanic reccomendations
