Only a few feet away from the Fair Lawn border lies Turvino's Pizzeria. With a nice atmosphere and GREAT pizza, its the perfect place for a family meal. They have some of the best and cheapest toppings in this area. If you are a flavor lover, you should definitely try the "Turvinos Special". It will surely leave an impression on you. They also have various other entrees including Chicken Parmesean Hero and the Cheese Manicotti. If you are a pizza enthusiast this is definitely the place for you. Its probably some of the best pizza that i ever had!

The Kosher Nosh has been a staple of Glen Rock for a number of years. It has always been a place where people can get a good Kosher style meal any day of the week. You can eat in, take out, or even have your meals catered. They offer everything from traditional chopped liver to tuna fish to hot dogs and hamburgers, all made fresh on location. They also have a wide selection of frozen items that can be picked up and eaten at home, including their terrific chicken soup.

A little bit of a hidden secret. Tucked away in a little strip mall, this restaurant is amazing. If you do not call ahead, you are going to have to wait, but it's totally worth it. The food is some of the best italian food in the area, and EVERYONE should eat there at least once. That's all it takes to keep you coming back for more.

If you haven't had the chance to stumble upon this little jewelery store in Glen Rock NJ next to Starbucks, you haven't experienced the one of a kind service and selection that this local jeweler provides. Unlike big chain places that have the salesman mentality and the commission based motivation to boot, this fine establishment is owned and run by the jeweler himself. With over 30 years in the business and a friendly smile with every visit, I've trusted Alfred Jewelers with all of my jewelery needs. As its name suggests, there is a lot more than books sold at Books Bytes & Beyond, as they sell many toys and gadgets devoted to children. They also have had a few celebrity book-signings in the past. While you won’t find a great selection of current bestsellers, you’ll find a place a kid will enjoy shopping.

This store has a wide variety of car electronics and radios for your vehicle. They have been in business for many years (they had been in Ridgewood before their move to Ridgewood). I have had many things installed- from speakers and head units to car alarms. They are expanding to do tinting and minor repairs. The people are very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. They are a little expensive but for the quality of work and their expertise, they are completely worth it in my opinion

Ridgewood Car wash is the place to go in this area for a good car wash. It is a decent place to go but it can be ridiculously expensive. I think because it has the name Ridgewood (even though technically it is in Glen Rock) in it they charge even more. You can get some coupons in the Valpak coupons that are sent to homes in the mail. But, the coupons are not that impressive. I do go here occasionally- because they do a pretty decent job and they vacuum and wipe the car down. I have also gotten my car detailed here in the past and they do a very good job with that. The car seemed like brand new. They also have coupons for this as well. The lines for the car wash can get pretty long- especially on the weekends. Overall a good place but pretty expensive. And typical Ridgewood- I mean, there is even an gourmet coffee and smoothie counter inside now for while you wait for your car.
