I have been a frequent attendee of this salon. I have had several perms in my life, and I always ended up losing a bunch of hair in the process. My hair is baby fine, and just falls apart. At Rolf’s my stylist gave me the best perm of my life. There were actually 2 folks working on me- a stylist and an assistant. They soothed me as I waited, and I had a great time. My hair was wonderful, and I did not have a single chemical burn. Did I pay for this? You bet. A perm is time consuming and expensive, but this was worth every penny. more

Great Salon! 10/28/2005

After trying several salons in the Valley, I have finally found a favorite. Their stylists are great (I highly recommend Mary) and everyone is very professional. I feel pampered every time I go and I feel that their prices are very comparable to other nice salons. I plan on trying their hair removal services soon as I hear they are excellent. more

You get what you pay for! 10/27/2005

If you want to feel like a princess, go to Rolf's. It is worth the extra money once in awhile! Actually, I have had a negative experience there once, but all the other times have been positive. And they went above and beyond customer service to "fix" the negative experience. I got a fantastic new haircut there. I've tried to find other stylists (who are less expensive) who can duplicate the cut and nobody can. So back to Rolf's I go! They offer you a soda when you arrive and bring it to you. You can also get a complimentary makeup application. Prices depend on what level of expertise your stylist is. I pay $55 for a haircut and blowdry. More than I'd like to pay but she's worth it! more

I won't go back 10/9/2005

Maybe okay to get nails done at, but certainly not hair. They kept me waiting for 30 minutes before seeing me, and then specifically went against what I wanted for my hair. The stylist kept insisting on bangs, which I do not want! Then, I said to please make my hair natural-looking, and he made it striped and blonde and brassy looking! For this kind of money, I expect a professional who will listen to what the client wants! more

ok but pricey 9/30/2005

Brought my wife here for a hair cut and the place is quite good. They have a friendly staff and the ambience is really nice. They took care of my wife really nice and she was very well contented with her new hairdo afterwards. The hair dressers here are good. Overall, worth coming back. I might even try them myself. more

They are good at hair, but charge way too much! 8/2/2005

The staff at Rolf's is very curteous and professional. You will totally be pampered and taken care of. The interior of the salon is beautiful. But you will pay an arm and a leg for it. There are many salons in the valley that you can get the same expertise from, but are much more reasonable. more

This is a great place to go get your hair done at! They are wonderful. They have different levels of expertise with different prices so can fit any budget. Up to date with trends to make your style look hip and stylish. They have other services but I haven't used them yet, I'm sure they would be good too though. more
