I submitted my service request with Service Magic on a Sunday evening around 8pm and I had a phone call within an hour. They showed up the next morning at teh time they had promised and quickly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. They even told me that there was likely a recall on myt washing machine. I was impressed that they knew this information considering my machine was 10 years old. I ended up deciding to just purchase a new washer but will definately call them again next time I need a repair.

I went to the store 3 hours before closing on the day before Mother's Day. The shop and the cooler cases were just about empty. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to wait on me, even though there were 2 employees visible and only one customer in the store. One employee took a phone call instead of helping me and got caught up in an order. The other employee eventually waited on me, but never directly answered my questions. I was looking for a corsage, possibly two and I wanted to know if they had any already made up. I was told no. I told her I could come back in about 2 hours and she still did not seem eager to help me. When I continued to ask questions, she told me that she could make up something and have it ready. I proceeded to tell her what colors I wanted and she told me to wait, she then went to the back and came back and told me she couldn't do what I asked for, how about something else? I asked for a different type and she again left and then came back and told me no again. I then asked what she COULD do and she said a white carnation with a bow. I asked if she meant like a boutonniere and she said yes. I thanked her anyway and said that was not what I was looking for. She then whiningly told me that it was prom and Mother's Day and they were pretty much out of flowers. I expected better supplies and better service.
