Norwalk Furniture

Purchased sofa, loveseat and chair from Norwalk in 2006. Sofa cushions started to sag after 1 year. They replaced the foam twice. After they left Florida, I had the foam again replaced by an upholstery company. However, the lining under the sofa came loose a few years ago (stapled it back up) and the material looks terribly worn even though it's just 2 older people and I never sit on the sofa. My carpet cleaner said it was not worth cleaning again, so, today, we purchased a new sofa and loveseat. This set was less than 6 years old and we paid about $4,000 for 3 pieces. What a waste, never again! more

The piece of furniture is great. The woman who owns the story is highly unprofessional and rude to her clients. Right after we made the purchase we moved the chair to our vehicle, during the process a lamp was broken. This was largely because the owner did not clear a pathway and put the chair in the back of the store. Additionally, we were no where near the lamp when it broke as her assistant and my husband were moving the chair and my husband was clear of the air. She then turned and said we had to buy the $300 lamp. We did not agree to this as it was not our fault. Then without my consent she charged $334 to my credit card a few days later. I am currently disputing the claim but wanted to warn everyone. Norwalk the furniture is great, but by it from someone other than Harriet. She is angry, rude, unprofessional, and highly unethical. more

Ordered a custom sofa 85Wx32Hx36D. When it finally arrived it was 85Wx30Hx31D. They refuse to refund my money and took over a week to pick the sofa up. more

Norwalk is a great place for custom made furniture. I went with one of my friends who wanted to get a special seat made just for her husband, and the service was outstanding. The salespeople were very friendly, took the time to show us all of the options available, and let us try a few products. The chair my friend got was extraordinary, and it took less than a month for her to get! more
