The Farm House has a rich history, first located further south on Gilbert Road, now in the old part of Gilbert. The food has not changed for nearly two decades, nor has the ownership. There is nearly always a small line, and it is well worth the wait. The coffee is always excellent and free flowing. The service is quick, efficient, and friendly. Everything on the menu is good, though my favorite is the fried chicken, just what you would expect if you visited a working American farm house of the 1950's, hearty and flavorful.

This is my favorite pizza joint around.. It's a great classic style pizza. For me nothing is better than getting their plain cheese pizza and dipping it into their medium wing sauce!
There's a ball pit, tv, and activity table for the kids to play which is always nice!

Seattle expresso has delicious coffee, better than some of those "chain" coffee houses. They also have the nicest, friendliest staff you could ask for. Many of the customers are "regulars" so you know that you will get a consistantly good cup of coffee. Their blended coffee drinks are also very good and they are family-friendly. Try one of the desserts or baked goods from the dessert case-their scones and muffins are quite yummy! This is a popular place so sometimes you may have a wait, but the coffee is so worth it!

I was excited when a new non-chain restaurant was opening in Gilbert and have not been disappointed in the many visits over the past 2 years. They have some unique Mexican dishes as well as the usual dishes. The food is always great, service is excellent and the atmosphere pleasant.
I like that they use all white meat in their chicken dishes, including tacos. Some favorites include: Mesquite Tacos, Red Chile, Fajita and Taco Burros.
There is a large bar area in the middle where they offer happy hour specials and in addition to ample seating inside there is also a covered patio (with built-in heaters or misters depending on weather).

This place makes the best burritos. They have fresh tortillas that they grill and then you can put in beans, rice, steak, lettuce, tomatoes, etc...anything you want! And they stuff the burritos so full I can't finish it at one sitting!
I definitely recommend this place!

The Ice Cream at Udder Delights is awesome. They have very unique flavors that they rotate, with cute names like Monkey Moo (chocolate, banana and peanut butter) and Blueberry Moofin. They give lots of samples, and the ice cream tastes great! I found th is place after Streamers closed down. I'm glad I did.

This is a sports bar but the lunch menu is wonderful. There salads are huge, (I especially love their taco salad), the sandwiches are large...make sure you bring your appetite. Of course you can order from the bar as well and watch your favorite team play. Servers are friendly. Very reasonable prices. Highly Recommend!

New, young, hip owners recently took over this little suburban Chinese/Asian restaurant in Gilbert formerly known as Grand China. They spruced it up with some new, sophisticated paint colors, new lighting, and a more modern, fast-casual approach to eating out. They simplified the menu choosing to include only the most popular Asian dishes. A similar ordering style to Pei Wei, customers get to choose the meat (or veggie only) that goes in their dish of choice. The prices can't be beat, and the lunch combos are a steal!
Try the Lo Mein noodles. Perfectly done.
PROS: great tasting food and excellent portions for very low prices
