Books A Million is awesome. They have most every book title available and if they don't have it they can surely get it to you and very quickly. They once had a title I couldn't find anywhere they ordered it for me and it arrived 3 days later. The customer service folks are very kind and friendly always willing to help. Also, while you are there stop in at Joe Muggs Coffee Shop they can make a mean skinny iced latte.

I had a problem with a watch that I purchased from here for my husband for our anniversary. My husband didn't care for the watch, and would have preferred to exchange it, however they would not work with us at all and didn't let us exchange it. We were not happy, and would not go back. Awful custumer service, and lack of consideration for others.

This is a wonderful boutique clothing store in which you can find high quality, fashionable children's clothing. The items offered in this store are exquisite. The prices are reasonable in terms of boutique shopping and the quality is wonderful! I have purchased many of my daughters' Christmas and Easter dresses in this store and have always been more than pleased with my purchases. The customer service is very good...the ladies in the store are always ready to help us in any way. The store is clean and is set up very nicely.
