Essic is a very good sports supplies shop to shop at. The prices are always very reasonable. It is a small store and quite overcrowded but it's worth it to me to go there and have high quality stuff for reasonable prices and great customer service! He will order anything that you need if he does not have it instock at the moment and I find this to be very helpful and important when finding sport's supplies stores to shop at. A++

At 411 E. Franklin Blvd in Gastonia, North Carolina, you will find the best bicycle sales and service shop in the Carolinas. Gaston Bicycle and Service is wonderful. I took in my son's bike because it needed repaired. It took them 20 minutes, and they did it right then. The best part was the price. It wasn't that expensive, and I will recommend this place at four stars. We looked around in the shop, and we felt the prices on the items they stocked were very reasonable. I loved the parking in the rear part of the lot. It was quick and easy to get in and out.

The Schiele Museums main focus is on North Carolina's history of the Piedmont area. Inside they have exhibits of North Carolina's geographic regions. Outside they have a nature trail filled with all kinds of different flowers. They also have the Backcountry Farm with reconstructed buildings to depict the early days of North Carolina's pioneers. They also have a planetarium has laser shows and live sky constellation programs and various shows on the sun and the moon. The price of admission isn't outrageous and if you're a Gastonia resident you get in free. Can't get much better than that.

i really liked this place. they have a huge selection of shoes. they have kids shoes, adult, mens and womens. they have great prices as well. my brother got a pair of harley davidson boots from there for 20 dollars. they have a lot of baseball cleats and football too. i will defitnely buy shoes from here again.

The Schiele Museum of Natural History offers a chance for adults and families to discover ,touch, see,hear and learn about the natural world in their own backyard of Gastonia's, North Carolina.
Gastonia Residents, Museum Members, and children under 3 admitted FREE!!
They offer a state of the art with public viewing available. The kids love it . Just be ready for the 100 questions after the show.
The Museum offers exhibits that change often. Some of the exhibits have a small cost which is alway worth it.
Trail for All Seasons is the nature trail beside the Museum building. They often have sheep, pigs and silly chickens around. In growing season they often start a herb garden to enjoy. The lemon grass is wonderful to pinch off a little.
The indian village is not open much so take a peek in and tell a story to the little one as you walk around to the pond. Once at the pond don't miss the fish, tadpoles and turtles.
there is so much to enjoy, you will find a favorite reason to keep coming back. We love the nature walk the best. It is the background for all our Christmas pictures.
