I love everything about Perfect Nails... from it's professional/relaxing environment to their friendly and experience technicians. Everyone there makes you feel SUPER welcome!! My nails always turns out exactly the way I want it. I wouldn't go anywhere else and recommends all my friends and family to get their nails done here!!

I guess the best thing to say about this salon is that it is cheap and the service is quick. I can only give an opinion on short/medium hair length, cut in layers. I can honestly say this was in the top ten of all time worse haircuts ever! The layers were hideously uneven. The stylist reeked of cigarette smoke. I did notice a few older ladies having a shampoo and style that seemed to be done nice.

The stylist at Hair Cuttery are pretty good, but often seem to have other things on their mind. Expect your stylist to take personal phone calls, discuss personal problems with other stylist, all while you're in the chair. While the salon is non-smoking, the stylist smoke in the rear of the shop. The smell of cigarettes is oftern very strong, not only in the shop but on the stylist clothing.

I live in Chapel Hill but my grandmother lives in Gastonia and when we were visiting her decided to do some preliminary shopping for my wedding dress. We had no intention of making any decisions that day, and I am not a girl who loves shopping, so I wasn't really looking forward to it. However, the people at the Social Butterfly really made it a painless process. They listen to you to help figure out what dresses are best for you. They take the time to educate you on different characteristics of wedding dresses. They have a great selection of beautiful dresses, none of which will hurt your budget. By the end of the day it was clear that I was going to by my dress from them. I ended up bringing my bridesmaids and getting their dresses and mine there right after Christmas. Its not the easiest thing for me since its 2 1/2 hours from home and I will have to go there for fittings, but to be confident in the quality dress you are buying and the customer service you are going to get makes it well worth the drive. Janice is the best!

Ok so I went to this salon once before and i had a pretty good experience when I went there. So I made an appt to go back for a trim. On the day of my apt I arrived 10 mins early and the stylist I made an appt with - Donna, was still cutting another customers hair so i waited about 20 minutes- 10 past my appt time. well when she finishes she walks right by me and doesnt even acknowledge me, no one in the entire salon did mind you....so she goes to get a broom and I figure shes cleaning and will be with me in a minute- 30 mins past my appt time now. So in the meantim somone else walks in and she immediatley says hey to the girl and asks her to come back. So of course I am a lil upset because I made an appt and have been here for half an hour now. When I mention to her I made an appt and that I have been inthe lobby waiting she just looks at me....like I mean you cant say anything at all to me?? So I ask her again what about my appt and she tells me that she already had an appt with the girl who walked in, in which I state that I had one aswell and she returns with you can make another one. i mean seriously? Unprofessional- I would never recommend this place or this barber- because she is not a stylist in the first place.
