We bought tires from Case Tire and Automotive, and the tires have been great. The prices were terrific compared to the other places that we priced, and we had great service. They didn't try to charge us more than they should. They were quick, and it was very painless! Great visit, great tires.

I highly recommend Randy's Muffler & Brake Center. I was told by the Honda dealership that my car needed a new resonator pipe and the repair was going to cost $280! I took my car to Randy's, not only did they show me the rusted exhaust pipe, they had me in and out in 1 1/2 hours and under $100. These guys are great! Thanks for everything.

Just made an appointment to get tires for my 2002 Tundra. Spoke to Steve Case and was impressed with his straight forward, honest, at ease manner. If his service is half as good as his demeanor and his prices, this is gonna be a long term relationship. Will post the results of my experience tomorrow.
Just finished the tire mounting, balance and alignment process and was pleased with the results. My initial impressions were not wrong...a good place to do business. The price quote on the phone was exactly what they said it would be when I was handed the bill.
I wouldn't hesitate sending my wife there for whatever care our vehicles may need and be concerned about how she would be treated.

Had a really great experience at McKenney Salinas Honda. They have a really nice small, hometown feel. Negotiating was really easy and I know I got a great price b/c I shopped them at other dealerships. Since then I've brought my vehicle back in for it's first oil change and the service department staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new Honda.
Pros: None!

Sales staff is very friendly and helpful, and not pushy at all. The service department is knowledgeable and efficient - they were easily able to fix a problem with my minivan on the first try, when another dealer couldn't figure it out after three tries. The parts department is willing to bend over backwards to help you get what you need for your vehicle, and to do it quickly so as to minimize the amount of time you must wait (if they don't have it in stock already).

What I like most about Advance Auto Parts is the services that they offer for free like checking your battery and alternator. This service alone makes Auto Zone worth going to. I've gone on several ocassions to check my battery, and check engine signal. They will do it right away with out a hassle and will not try to sell you something that you don't even need.

These guys are getting better with their service. They used to try to upsale everything and charge you the most money before you get out the door. In today's economy its so hard to find someone to trust with you car. Their very slow with repairs but I see an effort to be more honest when it comes to what you really need done to your car verses them trying to upsale you on everything.

This is a small dealership, but the service is fabulous. The ladies in the office become like family. This is one place where they remember your name and seem to really care about keeping you as a customer. They work extremely hard at keeping the customer satisifed. You'll be able to find a bigger dealership, but it will be hard to find one better.
