This is my favourite place. I took my car for a general inspection and they had to change the oil also. The guy told me it would be done in half hour and he was actually finished sooner. He checked all my car and took his time to explain what was to be changed and the differecen in prices. I like their honesty.

Ta Chen's is around the corner. If I ever want chinese food, I skip the panda express and get to-go from Ta Chen. The food is pretty good, and the Owner always is so friendly and most of the time throws in some egg rolls or soup for free. He really appreciates the customers, and this makes me want to come back.
BTW... it is located in West Garden Grove. This is neither the heart of Garden Grove, nor an "asian district" as the previous poster mentioned.
Pros: Love Mr. Ta Chen himself. He treats you like a king!
Cons: Some dishes are only OK.

They go above and beyond with their supurb service. All you need to do is make an appointment with them, and you're in and out in a heartbeat. They were the best priced out of 5 estimates I got and when they did the work (copper repipe)they were clean and fast. I even had them put in a new heating and air conditioning system (I got 3 bids and they were the best). Out of all the contractors they were the only ones that informed me that a permit is required. the city inspector said they did great work.
