From the moment I walked in the store I knew I was going to have a great time. They sat my friend and I down as soon as we walked in. We had three different people checking on us to make sure we were being helped (I'm guessing so they could help out their fellow waiter jsu in case they were busy). Linette had a great personality, very warming and inviting. I was really impressed with this crew. I've had bad experiences at other Joe's, but this one by far makes up for all of my othe pass experiences. I had to let the manager know how great of a job her team was doing so I asked to speak to her. Not knowing whether I was going to complain or not, she walks over with just as attentive and as pleasant as the rest of her crew. They really made my dinner.

This is a favorite spot when we head out to dinner with our kids 9 & 4 yrs old. Great kids menu that offers a variety of items....a MAJOR plus for us since our 9 yr old is a vegetarian and a finicky eater and will only eat certain foods. The food is good & filling; the atmosphere is tons of fun with energetic waiters/waitresses that dance every half hour or so. They even have a playground for the kids and a person that makes balloon hats. Definitely a family oriented restaurant that has something for everyone! No reservations accepted-be there by 5 and get seated immediately; anytime after 6...plan to wait a very long time. Joe's Crab Shack got the best SHRIMP around. I love to eat here with my friend. The price is roughly around $8 a dish; which is very reasonable for a seafood dish. My all time favorite that I always got to order whenever I eat here is the fried shrimp platter. Joe's Crab Shack is a great restaurant is a great place to meet your old friend. I meet three of my high school friends that I lost contacted while eating at Joe's Crab Shack. I would recommend every to drop by.
