The alternative late night diner to the generic foods served at Denny's. Mae's Cafe offers a home-cook meal and family like environment. A plus for those who are tired of the commercialized food services seen at Denny's. The food here also is just as great if not better. Try the steaks served on a sizzling skillet.

Mae's reminds me of Denny's because it has a Denny's type of feel. The food here is slightly better than Denny's though. Their selection is not great. I tried the chicken but it was very dry. This is not a good place for college students because a lot of senior citizens come by this result which gives it an older ambiance. The soups here are okay. I would not recommend the chicken noodle though.

Food is kind of bland. Its really cheap though. Servers/waiters arne't that pleasent. But I guess if you're starving at 3AM Mae's not a bad place to go. Open 24 hours, cheap, with ehhhh food.

Mae's reminds me of Denny's because it has a Denny's type of feel. The food here is slightly better than Denny's though. Their selection is not great. I tried the chicken but it was very dry. This is not a good place for college students because a lot of senior citizens come by this result which gives it an older ambiance. The soups here are okay.
