I live in Irvine, but since there's hardly any Vietnamese food I came to Westminster to find pho. This is the first place I spotted after I got off the freeway and I really like it. The service isn't amazing, but they give you lots of meat in the pho, all the portions are huge, and the prices are really reasonable. It's also open pretty late, which is really convenient since nothing in Irvine is open past 10.

Located in an area that has legitimate pho! I'm not the biggest fan of pho, but at least here the portions are huge and it's still good. The prices are good and it's open late! Great!

A lot of Pho restaurant around in this area. But be careful to pick the right one for your taste. It is not a good idea if you come a little bit late at night to have Pho here

I have been to all Pho 54s but this one is the best. The soup & beef are much better. Lots of basil and cordiander. Always have free drink!!!!!!!!!!
