Second to none service from the first phone call to the completion of the job!! I have had many carpet cleaning services clean the rugs, furniture and Tile in my home including all the "big names" you see advertise on TV. And to this point, I have never had a more positive experience than I did with Carlson Carpet Care. When I first called their office, the gentlemen that answered the phone was very friendly and knowledgeble and explained exactly what they do from start to completion. The cleaners that arrived were on time, well groomed and happy and polite gentlemen.They did exactly what was said on the phone without hesitation. My carpet, sofas and kitchen tile flooring that was cleaned turned out better than ever before with any other service I have used. I was more than thrilled with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them to anyone.
