Have mainly used their parts and service department and they have been the greatest. The Staff has patience to help with your need especially if your a women. I would recommend Nicholas as my first choice. Looking for a car they do not hassle you when you walk on their lot. Which makes it nice if you are just looking.

I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee from County Wide. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions. I had come prepared and knew exactly what I wanted and what it should cost me. They ended up giving me a pretty good deal.

I went into Power Ford with an advertised special and a "we'll be any other dealer's advertised price by $1000". I handed the other dealer's ad to the salesperson who took it right to the manager. 5 minutes later the deal was signed (almost half the MSRP and well below invoice). I expected to be hit up in the finance room, but they were very professional. Very low stress experience.

they should learn from south coast acura's servicemen. i took my car in with like 15k, and they accused me of modifying an engine part... ok sure. they wanted 90 dollars to fix it.. to reprogram and readadjust the throttle. i doubt they do anything they say except wash my car. thats the only real reason i like this place. but most dealers wash ur car anyways. i only had decent experiences when i took it in for a warranty claim. they currently charge 39.99 for an oil change for a tacoma? acura, a luxury brand only charges $29. (mdx) the guy who drove my car out was jumping the sidewalks in the back alley sorta thing as he was pulling my car out.. he stopped when he saw me standing by the alley watching him.
