ONE star is too much for this place!! I was fitted 3wks before the wedding, and I received call that tux needed to be picked 4 days prior of wedding, since office will be closed for a holiday.
i lived out of town and had my brother pick up the tux. he gave the tux to me the day of the wedding.
the jacket was 2 sizes too large, the cuffs were pass hand. The shirt sleeves too short, the cuffs were 2 inches below my wrist and the shirt itself was too large. Slacks was too big, the crotch was to my mid thigh. In order to correct that I adjusted the waist to my belly button!, but that didnt work. All pictures are of my big jacket, and 80's hammer pants tux.
I called the office the next business day (Monday). I was unfortunate enough to talk with the 'Owner'.
I started explaining to her what had happened regarding the Tux, when she rudely inturupted and said "I should have rented the tux where i lived, i would have been more satisfied, and if i read the agreement they were not liaable for anything". i was thinking what?? she then said, "if there was a problem it would have been corrected at the time of pick-up, and it would been corrected immediately". I told her that actually i received a call to pick up the Tux earlier, and the offices were closed for the holiday (friday). she said "three gentlemen made it in to pick theirs up (in a mean tone)". I then told her that i was informed that the office was goign to be closed, and if i did know it was open i would have made it a point to pick up the tux myself, since i would have been in Gallup by then. I told her that i was an unsatisfied customer, and i was letting her know what happened. her response to this.. nothing, just that i should have read the agreement, and she is not going to do anything. if you live out of state and want to rent from here Don't, but if you do make sure your stuff is correct. and please read your rental agreement. If something goes wrong.don't expect anything, except paying for it!
