I was in the market for an Acura TL for a couple months and was shopping around. The reviews for Rosenthal Acura were positive for the most part so I went to the dealership and looked at some cars there. I didn't like the salesman that was helping me the first time but the price was good, I spoke to the manager and told them was willing to think about purchasing the vehicle if I could deal with someone less arrogant. They switched the salesman and the next guy was very nice and smart. He really helped me out and I ended up comming back the next week and luckly the car was availalbe and they had a great lease program that I signed for one year.

My exprience at Rosenthal Acura Parts Department: I just went in to Rosenthal acura to get some front brake pads and the parts person was very helpful. I have changed brakes on my other car and this will be the first time doing it on the Acura. The parts guy was nice enough to get a mechanic to answer some of my questions.

There are always a lot of options when it comes to car repair but the service pros at Gaithersburg mazda are the best in Maryland and Virginia. The General Sales Manager, John, is always there to great you with a smile, handshake and sincere desire to meet your need.
