Rude Service Department. If your a woman, expect to get screwed. Don't speak up or else the "southern charm" will brow beat you into submission. I was insulted because of my last name. My son was insulted because of his first & last name. I was told that if I had a name like that, I would change it!!! After filing a complaint with Chevrolet of America, everything changed. I was rude and they did not like me getting "nasty" with them. My car problem stemed from a fuel injector problem. When I told them there was a technical service bulletin about misfiring, I was immediately told that "That does not mean its our fault & don't expect us to fix it for free". I have never had to deal with a alleged service manager who had a Jethro Beaudine mentality. I will tell me family & friends, especially woman friends not to use this dealership. I am the paying Customer and I should not feel like a victim.
Pros: None
Cons: rip women customers off, plus the owner will lie to you , not keep his word

The leak of my gas water heater problem was confirmed by Gator Plumbing and the heater needs to be replaced. The only thing now I have to do would be scheduling a service with this company as their plumber told me. Therefore, after I ordered a new heater from Home Depot (scheduled to be delivered this morning), I called the company yesterday morning. Their representative told me their company didn't install gas water heater anymore, but he was going to discuss this issue with the company and would call me back. I waited for a whole day but I got no phone call. I tried to call the company again at 4:30 PM yesterday. Unfortunately, the phone was not answered since then (no answering machine either). This morning he finally contacted me.(response time- 24 hr) The gentleman told me although the company no longer installs the gas water heater, he was willing to make an exception for me. However, this installation would require three visits in order to follow the county regulations.(applying permits, inspection, remove the heater, re-inspection,......) Without question, I will be charged more than 2-3 hrs of labor fee that their plumber estimated last time. My above experience with this company may indicate Gator Plumbing is a company without communication and coordination. After this call, I contacted Pat the Plumber, Inc (1-800-977-4728). Pat the Plumber, Inc was offering to install the heater (2-2.5 hr) for me on the same day without charging me the arrival fee.($59) Although they could not give me an estimate on the phone, their customer service was very readily and professional. Their performance was exactly like what they said on the Yellow Page ad. I decided to use Pat the Plumber, Inc, since they made a great impression on the phone.(I will write a review of their service after the heater gets installed) A big discrepancy between these two companies was the necessi

I've only been to Szechuan Panda II, and I was disappointed. It may be that the Szechuan Panda is better.
Negatives first: Restaurant a bit dirty. Food was nothing great.
Positives: Although the food wasn't great--it was just OK--there was a LOT of it. The service was very fast and friendly. Prices are extremely reasonable. Plenty of parking. Finally, each year the restaurant offers its customers a free wall calendar (while supplies last), and on some years, it's absolutely beautiful.

I rented some items from Party Time Rentals and made changes to my order to remove some items 12 days before my event. I called Party Time before I needed to make the change to my order and was told by Party Time that I had up to 7 days prior to my event to remove items from my order without incurring a penalty. Party Time charged me their "cancellation" fee even though I did not cancel my order. I removed items that I no longer wanted. I called several times and asked to speak to a manager and not once ever received a call back. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. I do not recommend working with them at all!!! The have no customer service after you've signed a contract with them!!!

Theres an AA place in the parking lot and the people coming out of their meetings are always speeding in and out of the complex at all hrs, and always whistling, hitting on you, and the creeps are always stairing at you. Also management doesnt give a crap about colonial oaks unless they are bitching at you for petty stuff their main focus is pine tree gardens. The staff is completely horrible they dont want to be helpful to you at all. they never call you back when you have a problem or just a simple question. The property is always covered with leaves and sticks which is dangerous and banana spiders i had to kill two right outside my front door and they have doggy bags that they never refill. I had an ant problem that i called about and nothing was done. My friends apt burnt down because they went in the apt and were messing around with wires and burnt down the apt and burnt all her stuff in it and tryed to blame it on her.They are always trying to find ways to tax on more money to your rent and they never do what they say they are. Be careful cause some units have old dishwashers and stoves that dont work and they give you a hard time about replacing them. Ive lived here for almost two years and the first year wasnt too bad they use to work with me when i had any problems but now im fed up its just getting worse and worse! I am not signing a new lease this year and neither are a couple other people i have talked to. this place is rediculous and they will be hearing from me and so will the owner!
Pros: maintenance guys are very helpful, pool is always clean
Cons: staff in the office, living conditions and environment

Ok first off these guys are EXTREMLY expensive for out of town especially moves. They charge like 2ce the price Uhaul does for whatever reason and you just get less services for the price you pay. I had no choice but to use them awhile back and i was not pleased at all. I ended up getting charged more than the initial estimate as well ..a LOT more. The trucks for the most part are in pretty good shape, however for that price they better be. Also the sales assocaiate i dealt with wasnt too kind either.

Miya sushi typically has a long wait time, at least my experience, so I avoid it whenever possible. I also think that their prices are higher than for instance Sushi Matsuri but the quality is not as good. Overall it's ok sushi but definitely not my favorite

I think they overcharge a lot for the services they do provide. They do however back everything they do up when it comes to filing taxes so that you get the most back possible with a guarentee..however the wait was super long and i didnt feel like i got much of a personalized service as i did when i went to a different tax preparer. The associates here tried to almost rush me out and i didnt understand much of what they were talking about regarding claims and forms. They can charge a lot for preparing your taxes which is a downside and again that varies. I prefer much more personalized services when April rolls around.
