Scissors can do everything, and they're just that good at it! I always get my cut there as well as highlights, coloring, and spiral perms. I never walked out disappointed. The price isn't too bad considering the quality of the service and the warm personality of the staff. My haircut preference is a bit complex, but they handle it perfectly! They also take the time to style however you want it. I also get eyebrows done whenever I'm too lazy to do them myself. They're great at that too.
I had my first highlighting there. I was curious about the chemicals and the process, but the staff was very informative on my questions without "endorsing." The highlights came out lovely, and got several compliments from my friends. They are the ONLY salon that I have been to that has a staff that does not force you to buy their hair products.
I love this place and will continue going here as long as I live in Gainesville.

I had to go to nearby Joann Fabric and happened to stop in this store because it looked fun and it was! There were so many wonderful books. I am in love with their Florida Books section. Then they had cards I have never seen before, they were very unique and artistic. I have to admit I went a little crazy with the beauty products. It was money well spent my skin looks and smells terrific. I had never heard of Thymes before, so it is a great place to get great products. It was fun to shop there I was probably in there for two hours. So many many wonderful things. I can't wait for my friend's birthdays and Christmas. I know I can get them something special and different with a beautiful card to match. This is my new favorite place to go!
PROS: Fun uncommon gifts, great books, great prices on books.
CONS: I found it too easy to break my budget in there!(but that's my problem)

ok, so i wanted flowers for my girlfriend and was so glad to see they had a very large supply of very prety and good smelling flowers., they have roses wich are ujst hjappen to be my girlfriends absolute favorite, and gardinia's and all other kinds of pretty smelling good and awesome pretty flowers. the only bad thing is that its a terrible place for people with bad allergy's beacuse of all the flowers of course, but thats to be expected of a florist! i love the smell of flowers in the morning.

If you can't make it to the game, the next best place to be is Gainseville Ale House. With TVs all around you can't miss a beat when the big game is on, GO GATORS!! Also, you can't beat the great food. If you decide to go there you have order the chicken nachos appetizer, it's huge and can feed four of my friends. Don't forget to add extra chicken for only a dollor more.

Their selection of basics is great: pants (10-20 dollars) and tops (5-15 dollars) in every size at affordable prices. You can find deeply discounted Ann Taylor, J. Bento is pretty much the apple of my eye. In high school I would eat it everyday after school because the food is awesome and its not that expensive. Also, its cool that you don't really have to tip because you order at the counter. The red dragon roll is food of the angels as is the spicy tuna don, strawerry shortcake milk tea, fried miami roll, or pretty much anything on th menu (except the bento boxes, the desserts are freaky and the food smells weird). Oh, and for all you spicy sauce fans, Bento has the best.

i love this place. the donuts are superb, and if you go there on satuday you can get the best donut ever made. the 'french' , its basically a crular but dont call it that because they will correct you! i once ate 5 of the frenchs and got sick... i just couldnt stop eating them they were so good!

this is the best place to go for a nice old tann, the workers are very kind and the beds are clean. the whole place is clean and not dirty like most tanning sallons are. its a safe alternative to sun tanning. i reccomend this place 100 percent! i dont think i will ever go to a different place to get a hot tann. A +++ on this hot tanning joint!

This office has taken care of my wife and 5 children for the past 3 years.the service is wonderful,and Dr. McCoy is a person you can open yourself to. He has seen my kids at all hours, and promptly returned phone calls always. Do yourself a favor if he is taking new patients and see him if you are feeling poorly. His friendly staff and bed side manner will send you home feeling better.
