Always late, and they lie on the phone
I hate this company. Every time you call them, they will tell you they'll have a cab in 10-20...

I hate this company. Every time you call them, they will tell you they'll have a cab in 10-20 minutes. 50% of the time, it will be half an hour and no signs of the cab. If you call them again to complain, they say that the cab is stuck in the traffic, and it will come soon. If you dare to call again, then they are just plain rude to you, saying that calling them won't solve anything and that I better wait patiently. There are many companies in Gainesville, so don't call this one.
