They may have good trade policies and prices but the times ive been they have had a poor selection and they did not carry the books i was in need of at the time. This is not the best used book store that i have been to and certainly not the best book store overall. I would suggest trying a different store if your in need of books.

This store is the best source of used books in Gainesville. No store I have visited has had better trade policies (they take almost any book), better return policies (no hassle), or better service (always greeted warmly when entering the store). If you are looking for that out of print/hard to find book, this store just might have it for you. I have even purchased some signed first editions : ). Besides books, they have a selection of odd things that would, at very least, draw interest to a first time visitor. They are known well in the area to have the best greeting cards. Check them out : ) A+++++

Book Gallery West carries an extensive line of good quality used books. They are usually 1/2 price of new and they will allow you to trade 2 for 1 in used books. They also have an unusually selection of cards which are always hard to find.
