I went to Champ city and spoke with Doug about buying a short sale property because I thought I could save money. He was great and went through the entire process with me. After talking it over with my wife I decided that a short sale was too much effort, but doug was still able to find a house in my price range that had everything we wanted. my wife and I are thrilled with our new home and recommend Doug and Champ City to everyone we know.

Couple of years ago I lived in an apartment run or owned by this house apartment rental service. They were always quick to fix any problem I had and were easy to have dealings with. The place was very nice.

this place stincks/ i dont believe in real estate agents! i guess if you really want to use a real estate agent this place might be ok but i only find houses on my own. but 1 thing they are good for is aprasel, they wil tell you how much your house is worth, even though it cost a fee for that bonus or whatever... i wouldnt suggest it but you can come here if you need a real estate agent..

I had a very pleasant stay at Windmeadows. I had a couple problems with maintence, and although they weren't all fixed immediately, they did all get fixed before too long. My apartment was very spacious, and very nice. The staff was all very friendly, as well, and there are quite a few amenitites, as well. I only moved out because I could no longer afford my apartment.

The apartments are old, but the maintenance crew do its best to solve problems as quickly as possible. Mostly med and vet students, this is a quiet place. It's pretty cheap, the apartments are big, and the location is really good (walking distance to campus and on four bus routes).

I rented an apartment from Union Properties a few years ago. When I moved in, the apartment was completely filthy. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. Still they swore it had been cleaned. I delayed my move for several days, which was a big hassle, until they coulg get a cleaning crew. Other than this issue, I didn't have any other problems with this company.

I had so many issues living in this apartment complex that I moved out two months despite the fact that I still had to pay the rent. The management was extremely rude, and they always tried to blame tenants for issues with their apartments. For instance, there were major issues with their AC unit but somehow the age of the AC unit wasn't to blame, no it was me. I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

The staff is rude and maintenance is inept. The plumbing never works. There is one laundry facility on the premises for the entire complex and only half the washers/dryers even work. Rent is overpriced for the quality of service you get here. Every day someone moves in or out because of various problems usually with plumbing.
