This place is a little expensive. A regular one hour massage costs $65, although you can find coupons for $49. However, what makes this place worthwhile is the amazing selection of massages availables: Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Swedish, and many others. If you have money to splurge on a little pampering, this is a good place to go.

I have had many, many masseuses in my life- Atlanta, Florida, New York, Costa Rica.. none top this guy. He has a private practice out of his home, but the room is amazing with good music and water running thingy. He uses hot stones as part of the price, bio-freeze and a full body scrub to help with dead skin. All in all, best deal I have found. Buy three get one free for a total of $180, so it breaks down to ONLY $45 an hour. I am hooked and have been a client for two years.

They overcharge for their services and the quality isn't that good. They quote you one price yet charge you a different price. They can't cut for crap and end up screwing up your hair versus actually helping it. Forget getting layers they can't do them. They charge you for services you don't ask for.

Michael was my stylist at Ciao Bella Salon for three years before I moved to Boston. I always knew he was amazing, but I never could have guessed how hard he would be to replace! Every time I visit Gainesville I make sure to schedule an appointment. Michael worked patiently with me to create a style that was fun and sophisticated at the same time. And when I needed color, he created a color palette of highlights and lowlights for me that perfectly matched my natural color (the way it looked before it started looking drab) so no one can even tell when my color starts growing out. Michael even helped me find the only products to ever help make my hair fuller. I always enjoy my time at Ciao Bella - everyone there is friendly and professional.
Pros: They always nail it - this is the place to go for hair that looks the way you've always wanted.
Cons: Can't think of any.

Been to many spas, nothing quite like this! You have to experience it to believe it. I didn't find it to be any more costly than mediocre day spas in the area! Shop and compare, then go and ask for a tour! You'll be sold. People there are so nice, and very professional, warm and caring.

I viewed their large selection online and ordered two sprays by phone for a funeral for my uncle. Their prices were reasonable. I saw the flowers and they looked nice, I would recommend upgrade.
