I definatly needed this place to get in shape its HUGE and a very very comfortable atmosphere. There are assistants there who help you figure a plan out so everything is customized to the exact workout you need. I lost a lot of weight AND got completely toned using these guys they are just great. The prices arent too bad either which is a good thing. The all around atmosphere is nice and everyone is super helpful and friendly. I highly reccomend this place for anyone needing the perfect place to get in shape in Gainesville.

I just love the Gainesville Health and Fitness Center. They have 2 main centers, one just for women and one for both. The Womens center is very clean and friendly. The assistanants are well trained and very helpful without getting in your face. They help you plan your circuit and then get out of your way, or do your circuit with you. The locker room is always clean and well kept.
