Good: They were able to see me very quickly, wait time was almost nil.. Bad: I did not like the office staff they were not professional and not very nice. The Dr I saw (Dr. Kahn) was not very helpful, seemed kinda clueless. I came in with the same problem with no resolution.. Improvements: Improve upon the staff courtesy. Hire better informed Dr. that pays attention to the patient..

DO NOT go here. They take on WAY too many patients, and therefore you always have to wait a long time before you are seen. Also, since they're so busy, the doctors don't even listen to you - they just rush in, throw some prescription at you, and rush out! I've tried FOUR different doctors here, because I thought the first two were just rude. Turns out they're just so busy, they don't have time for you. I would be nicer about this, but it's just become obvious that this practice is only about the money - not about the patient. I read some of the other reviews on here, and notice how the ones that say the practice is good were written back in 2005 or so. Maybe they used to be okay, but it just seems like they've gotten greedy and don't care about the people anymore. Also, as a side note - the receptionists are always REALLY rude. I guess that's to be expected, since they're so busy, but I always cringe when I have to sign in there, because they are always very snippy. Go somewhere else!

This is where my husband normally went, and 2 MONTHS ago he went in with a persistent cough. They did blood work and took chest X-rays, sent him home with random medicine (they weren't sure what was causing his problem) and then NOTHING!!! I have called a dozen times trying to find out what the test and X-ray results were. I have left message after message and no one will get back to us. While I hope they would call if there was a problem, I am not comfortable just making this assumption! Two months later and no one can call us back?? Very bad practice. My husband will never go back there and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone. Supposedly, according to the receptionist, the X-rays just came back 2 weeks ago. 6 weeks to get X-ray results? If there's a serious health problem I guess you are as good as dead.

What I like best about this place is that the doctors treat you like a human being, not as an object to be cured. If you are worried or concern, they will listen to you or explain what you have in very simple terms, instead of the incomprehensible scientific jargon. OF course, they are also very competent, but the human touch is what made the difference.

We've gone to GFP for a long time. The practice itself is well organized. They rarely run late and if they are late it's usually just a few minutes. When our doctor retired we were switched to Dr Tunkle's practice. She was very good. Asked all the right questions, offered altenative suggestions for treatment. Sat and listened to me while I talked.
