I have been going to Utopia Chalet for over 11 years now. I have had everything from facials, massages, waxing, manicures and pedicures. I??????ve never been treated with anything but care and respect. The warm reception I receive with every visit is exceptional. I too have dealt with the new Spa Director and I find that his extensive knowledge of the Dermalogica products and passion for his job is very welcoming. I love the warm and comforting atmosphere that is maintained in the store. You don??????t seem to get that at the other spas in the Gainesville area. I am disturbed that ??????Mary J?????? would bad mouth a business that has upheld an excellent reputation for over 18 years. I think it is wrong of her to post negative remarks rather than address her issues directly to the Spa Director. Utopia Chalet is an excellent spa. I highly recommend it over any other spa I??????ve been to??????in Gainesville and alike.

I don't usually do the spa thing, but I found a great place that at first seemed snobby. Leah is the woman who waxes my legs and she is just great. Maybe if she wasn' tthe one performing the task it would be less than a 5 but she makes it worth while. The price is good too- for $35 they do both the front and back half-leg which includes the knees.

I have been going to Day Spas with my wife for over 11 years, and we love Utopia Chalet. There might be other Spas in Gainesville, but Utopia Chalet is the best. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They worked extra hard to make an appointment for a group of our friends. The other Spas in town just don't compare. Most of them are rude and snotty. Dollar for dollar and service for service Utopia is tops. No frills no fluff, just services that work.

While I don't use many of their services, I love to go here for massages. The place is clean, neat and the staff is friendly. Unlike a few places I've seen, you are not afraid to sit on the furniture! They folks I've dealt with always do a good job, and I've never left there feeling I didn't get my monies worth. My wife has gone there for manicures and pedicures and has talked favorably about it as well. I think the prices are fairly competative, maybe a little high, but worth it I think.
