When we first moved here, thought this bank was great. They waived the 11 day hold on state checks from another state, unlike another bank in town. But once my Timeshare charged twice to my account and not only would they not reverse it, they would not file the federal fraud papers necessary for me to get fees back, but they also reversed an AUTOMATIC payment set up for the payment of the water bill here in Fuquay - one that had been paid two months prior. They caused fees to the water company and the water company said they had never seen anything like it before. I would never do business with them again.
