I love Yoshinoya because its cheap and they give you big portions. When you order a meal they give you rice, vegetables, meat, a side (cheesecake, macaroni salad, Caesar salad, etc) and a drink. The food is okay but what I'm most scared of is how much MSG is in the food. You can just taste the MSG on the chicken and vegetables. If you are looking for something healthy, stay away from this place. If you are looking for something authentic, stay away from this place. However, if you are looking for something to fill you up for a good price, this is the place. Service is quick and fast.

Wok California, located in the Albertson's Center on Harbor Blvd. and Imperial Hwy, has a great selection of steam table chinese food. I usually get the two item combination. I like the black pepper chicken, especially. Their food is above average, for steam table fare. The lunch special is a good value. If fast, fast, fast chinese food is what you crave, I recommend Wok California.
