My sister (the bride) and I walked into The Dresser a couple weeks ago for the first time. We had a really great experience with our consultant, Caitlyn. She was sweet and made me, my mom and my sister very relaxed. My sister found a dress she loved but was too nervous to purchase it on her first appointment. She never felt pressure or rushed. I thought this was the norm when shopping for such a big purchase but I have to say that we have since visited a few other salons in OC and I have to say they do not compare! The staff and the dresser seem like they actually care about their brides and want them to have the best experience possible. We returned twice to the salon with other family and friends and every experience was the same. Even on a very busy Saturday, everyone had a great time and were very well taken care of. My sister even ended up saving money on her dress because a different place had it for sale for $200 more!!! Caitlyn took great care of us and we are recommending the Dresser to all our girlfriends. My first experience trying on wedding dresses was terrible! So when I found The Dresser on-line I went with the notion that every Bridal Salon was their same. All out for the sale, pushy, rushed, and stalkerish. (yes, my first bridal consultant called me and emailed me consistently for two months after I met with her) Boy was I wrong on so many different levels. First of all its a darling Mom and Pop store in the heart of down town Fullerton. (I think thats wonderful) Its clean and very organized. They have the best team of consultants I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Ive been helped by all of them and I adore each and everyone. They are so patient and kind. I never felt like a number but more like a friend. Its one of the few places I would work for in a second. Anyways, I am very picky, being a wedding planner myself I knew exactly what I wanted. I have been there to try on dresses half a dozen times. I never felt like they were impatient or annoyed that I came in so many times to try on sooo many dresses. I found two that I liked and looked good on me but they just weren't what I was picturing. (BTW they have samples to fit any average girl) This past weekend I found the dress of my dreams at the Winnie Couture Trunk sale the Dresser hosted. I knew it the moment I saw it. The Dresser made finding my dress a great experience. I'm so excited to get my dress in June. I hope that every has this much fun finding her dress. At The Dresser YOU WILL!

I went to two dress shops with my mother in Northern California, I thought I found the dress, but wasn't willing to commit at the time. I went to The Dresser, because it's near my office. I have loved the window displays for YEARS. I looked them up online, and they carried the designer of the dress I liked. They had me try it on with others, and helped me figure out that I was sure I wanted the dress I originally picked. Every time I went to try on the dress or go to a fitting they were on time attentive, and very proffessional. They were not pushy or selling me. They talked me though each of the steps and very accomodating to my time constraints. Very knowledgable. I wish they carried the sdesigner of the bridesmaid dress I picked, because I would have much preffered to work with them over "the wedding day" where I did get my BM dresses. The service at the wedding day was HORRIBLE . Pros: Attentive, professional, great service Cons: wish they carried more bridesmaid dress designers

I love the feel of the new store- open, uncluttered, and beautifully decorated. I love the back room with all the mirrors for family and friends to see the dresses you try on. I love this boutique. Beautiful, great staff, and wonderful selection. Make an appointment, it is worth it, and as a bride we are worth the time. They are very busy and work one on one only. It is nice to have someone be able to answer all your questions and guide you the right way. I love them. I visited many bridal salons all over, and I must say I am impress on how special they made me feel. Overall, I give this boutique a 10 out of 10. Be respectful of their time and space because they will treat everyone like a princess.

I purchased my wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses here. I have a little boy and no time to waste. They are really nice and kept me up to date at all times about the status of my shipping dates. They are very good at returning phone calls and are always very thoughtful. They helped me feel calm and special during such a crazy time. I went back to visit after my wedding and to bring photos and saw their new location. All I have to say is WOW! So beautiful and with a lot of space.

My first experience with the Dresser was when I was looking for my own gown. I had fallen in love with one dress and unfortunately this shop didn't carry the line. Even though, I was just in case there is a better dress shopping, Dianna was very sweet and spent over an hour with me helping me through their extensive collection. After shopping for myself, I knew that this was the spot to get my bridesmaids dresses. I had six bridesmaids spread all over California and the staff of the Dresser contacted and coordinated ordering and payment with all six so that I didn't have to worry about it...but it doesn't end there. I went with the Melissa Sweet line of dresses and as beautiful as their dresses are, the company is as difficult to work with. Melissa Sweet missed the shipping date and Dianna and Mary Ann spent hours on the phone with the MS rep in New York tracking down my dresses. Fortunately, because of the Dresser staff's tenacity, my dresses were located and shipped overnight. When the dresses arrived 7 days before the wedding, one dress was made incorrectly (the top was a different color from the rest) and Mary Ann completely remade the top of the dress out of fabric hemmed from another dress. The dress ended up looking 500 times better than in the original fabric. When my bridesmaids arrived 2 days before the wedding, Mary Ann made it a point to see every single girl in their dress and made all the necessary adjustments that day. I can't begin to express my gratitude for them taking a potentially disastrous situation and acting immediately to save my bridesmaids dresses! Side note: This is a great business that is run by a small staff and not only do they sell the dresses they do all the alterations too, so respect their request for appointments and you will be treated like a princess!
