This is probably one of the best kept secrets in Fullerton. I heard about this restaurant from my health gym. It specializes in chicken and beef bowls, minus the fat and salt. The chicken/beef are the leanest cuts, with the choice of all white meat. They use no lard, msg, or cooking oils. They have combo meal, in addition to the bowls. Both come with white rice and some veggies. The prices stand up against traditional fast food, maybe a little bit more expensive but you are paying for quality.
