My wife and I have shopped at the Fullerton Jewelry Mart for several years. We have always been pleased with the quality and price of jewelry purchased but that changed on 10-17-08, with the purchase of a 2.48 opal from the Cambodian Jeweler located near the South wall. The 2.48 carat opal was to be mounted in a different yellow yellow gold pendant in which was currently mounted a .95 carat opal of fair color. It was to be ready for pickup the next day.When my wife visited the Mart to pick up the pendant, the jeweler claimed she was mistaken, that opal he sold us was the .95 carat, but he would throw in a gold chain. Not knowing what to do, she left with the smaller opal and gold chain and of considerably lessor value than the price paid for the larger opal. I immediately returned to the Jewelry Mart, accosted the man about his duplicitous treatment of my wife and demanded the opal we paid for. He refused but was forced to return my money. So, unless you can walk away, at the time of sale, with the item purchased I strongly suggest you avoid this particular jeweler. I have been shopping the Fullerton Jewelry Mart for over 20 yrs! I have only encountered wonderful experiences there with the quality of the items and the staff. Each booth has exceptional pieces and are willing to work around your budget or needs. I even bought a piece over time and had them ship it across the country, very please with their customer service. It's worth the trip! Make the trip, you'll be glad you did! I almost guarantee you'll find what you're looking for. From the unique to the classic, they have it all!

I love visiting this jewelry mart. I've done business for several years with a particular vendor. Anne and Lisa are extremely knowledgable about their gems and truly enjoy working with their clients. They helped me design a new setting for my wedding diamond which is absolutely stunning. They have a large selection of all types of jewelry and I especially love that they have a lay-away plan.

This jewelry mart contains a smorgasbord of different jewelers offer rock bottom prices on great merchandise. Great prices on engagement rings and wedding rings and you can often bargain with them, reminds me a little bit of Mexico. Origin of jewels may be questionable and some are not certified as diamonds but if you are looking for cheap jewelry this is the place to go as they are the middle man.
