i've been to these guys a few times, but i've never been impressed. twice i had to take my car back because they didn't get it fixed the first time. and it always seems to cost a lot, regardless of what's being done. they have never struck me as being organized. nice enough guys, but i would look elsewhere for car repairs.

I recently took my car to get check at Norgards on Blackstone and was pleased with the service. The gentlemen were all business and listened as I attempted to diagnose my car. After watching so many television programs with their ads against car shops, I have to admit I was curious about automotive repair shops. Realistically, I have no idea what goes on under the hood, so I just have to take their word for it. When I picked up my car, I noticed that my seat was dirty and my check engine light was still on. I also asked that they check my tires since my front tire had a slow lead; however, one week later my front tire was still leaking. Although, that’s where I get my car fixed, I have not been back. If you go there, upon pickup of your car ask them to go over what they have done.
